Installation
Methods of Fixing the Insulation System
Hooks and Wire
Materials
— Insulation mattress equipped with hooks (metal or stainless steel)

— Wire (soft for easy bending)
Steps
— Preparing the insulation mattresses: Make sure the number on the mattress matches the number written on the pipe or any other object.
— Fitting: Position the mattress and press it firmly against the object.
— Securing the hooks with wire: Make a small loop at the end of the wire and insert it into the outermost hook. Using tapping motions along the mattress, bring the hooked edges together and lace all the hooks on the mattress in a corset-like pattern. Make sure they are securely fastened.
— Securing the wire: After finishing the lacing, cut the remaining wire, leaving a small allowance (3–4 cm), and insert it into the insulation mattress.
— Reliability check: Ensure that the wire holds the insulation firmly and check the stability of the construction.
Straps and Buckles
Materials
Insulation mattress equipped with special straps and buckles

Steps
— Preparing the insulation mattress: Make sure the mattresses match the size, shape, and the number on the object.
— Fixing the mattress: Place the mattress onto the object, opening the buckles beforehand. Press the mattress firmly against the object and, using tapping motions, bring the mattress edges together with the buckles.
— Securing: After wrapping or positioning the mattress on the object, begin closing it by threading the strap through the buckle starting from the top buckle downward, or from right to left, tapping the mattress to achieve a tight fit.
— Securing the straps: Pass the free end of the strap through the rubber loop on the buckle side.
— Inspection: Check how securely the insulation is fastened and tighten the buckles if necessary.
